Yuri Energy operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Yuri Energy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to in them (collectively, the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Yuri Energy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not formed until Yuri Energy confirms its acceptance. Your order is not accepted until we have received and processed your payment. Please check your order carefully before submitting it; once an order is accepted, Yuri Energy may not be able to accept a cancellation request. If we do not accept, change or cancel your order, we will try to contact you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price of a product or service is the price in effect at the time you place your order, and will be listed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import fees.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand a product over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, display content, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by Yuri Energy, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by US and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be given access to customer tools provided by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control and cannot intervene in.

Yuri Energy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale and purchase you make in our store is directly with Yuri Energy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Yuri Energy, including any harm, damage or loss arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liability arising from or relating to your purchase from or dealings with Yuri Energy.
