1. 30-Day Return Window:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO:

Crystals are fragile treasures. To protect your purchase and ensure a smooth resolution for items damaged during transit, we STRICTLY REQUIRE a continuous unboxing video.

The video must:

- Clearly show the shipping label at the start.

- Show the package being opened for the first time.

- Be unedited and continuous (no cuts).

Without a valid unboxing video, we reserve the right to deny any transit damage claims.

3. Natural Crystal Disclaimer:

Natural crystals are unique. Variations in color, shape, and natural characteristics such as "ice cracks," "cotton wool," or tiny mineral pits are normal. These are characteristics of natural stone and are NOT considered quality defects.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items:

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [yurigift@163.com] with your unboxing video. We will offer a FREE replacement or a partial/full refund.

5. Non-Quality Returns:

For returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be in its original packaging.
